Our in-house IT group ensures Alturas Analytics has the IT staff with skill sets tailored to the special needs of this FDA regulated organization. The on-site IT group makes instant response to any data system problem and maximum uptime possible.

Alturas’ dedicated personnel maintain our vigilant, robust and survivable data systems that are fully validated for 21 CFR Part 11 GLP compliance. The redundant data storage, backup, archival and disaster recovery are diligently verified and maintained by our on-site staff to achieve fastest possible retrieval and recovery. Access privileges, data security, system configuration changes and documentations are well-controlled by written procedures and logs. Our IT group also maintains a set of IT SOP’s to standardize all IT operations to ensure consistent system performance.
